All products are shipped via CTT registered.

A tracking number will be provided by email

Each package is priced by weight.

Orders are processed the same day, Monday through Friday.

If your country is not on our current list of delivery services, please contact us by e-mail at studio.odisseia@gmail.com so we can organize the delivery with another delivery service of your preference.

For Portugal : 1-2 working days

For UE : 3-4 working days

Free Delivery in Lisbon & Cascais

For customers located in the Lisbon and Cascais area, we can deliver in person with appointments.

Monday to Friday - 11h-18h30

Meeting point : Baixa Chiado (Lisbon) or Praça 5 de Outubro (Cascais)

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

For returns, you have a 15 days period upon having received your order to return it and ask for a refund. 
Returned items must be shipped with a traceable courier service at the customer’s expense. All returned items must be unworn, unwash and with original tags and packaging.
